Refund Policy

Our Commitment

AusPath provides digital educational products โ€” PDF study modules, AI-powered tools, and visa preparation resources. Because these are digital products that are accessible immediately after purchase, we have a clear and fair refund policy that balances student protection with the nature of digital goods.

When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in the following circumstances:

Technical failure โ€” If you paid successfully but cannot access your modules or tools due to a technical error on our side, and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours, you receive a full refund.

Content not as described โ€” If the content you received is materially different from what was described on the website at the time of purchase.

Duplicate payment โ€” If you were charged twice for the same product, the duplicate charge is refunded immediately.

Request within 24 hours of purchase โ€” If you request a refund within 24 hours of payment and have not downloaded any modules or used the AI tools, we will refund you in full โ€” no questions asked.

When Refunds Are Not Available

After 24 hours โ€” If more than 24 hours have passed since purchase and you have accessed your modules or tools.

Change of mind โ€” If you simply change your mind after accessing the content, we are unable to offer a refund as the digital product has been delivered and used.

IELTS exam result โ€” AusPath provides preparation resources and tools. We cannot guarantee a specific IELTS band score. Refunds are not available on the basis of exam outcomes.

Visa outcome โ€” Our GTE tools and visa resources are designed to help you prepare a strong application. We cannot guarantee visa approval. Refunds are not available on the basis of visa decisions made by the Australian Department of Home Affairs.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@auspath.co.ke with:

โ€ข Your full name and email address used for payment

โ€ข Your Paystack transaction reference number

โ€ข The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 3โ€“5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds

In cases where you have accessed some but not all content, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. We assess each case fairly and will always communicate our reasoning clearly.

Paystack Payments

All payments on AusPath are processed securely by Paystack. Refunds are returned to the card or M-Pesa account used for the original payment. AusPath does not store your card or payment details.
